Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation without penalty is allowed up to seven days after the date of purchase;
- In the event of cancellation of services, administrative fees of 30% of the total amount will be charged. The 70% of the total amount will be refunded via bank deposit within 10 business days and/or a chargeback with a refund of the amount for purchases made with a credit or debit card.
