Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation without penalty is allowed within seven days after the date of purchase;
- In case of withdrawal of services, administrative fees of 30% of the total amount will be charged. The refund of 70% of the total amount will be made via bank deposit within 10 business days and/or chargeback with the reimbursement of the amount for purchases made with a credit or debit card. If the withdrawal occurs 24 hours before the procedure date, there will be no refund;
- If the withdrawal is for specific reasons such as health, death, accident, we request a certificate for the return of the full amount.
- If there is a no-show on the booked date without prior notice, configuring “No Show”, there will be no refund of the amount or even rescheduling of the date.
