Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation without penalty is allowed up to seven days after the date of purchase;

- In case of cancellation of services, administrative fees of 30% of the total amount will be charged. The return of 70% of the total amount will be made via bank deposit within 10 business days and/or a refund of the amount for purchases made with a credit or debit card. If the withdrawal occurs 24 hours before the date of the procedure, there will be no refund;

- If the withdrawal is for specific reasons such as health, death or accident, we request a certificate to return the full amount.

- If there is no show on the reserved date without prior notice, by configuring “No Show”, there will be no refund of money or even a new

date schedule.
